About me
As an artist, I have been described as "the whole package" - working with me guarantees a reliable and hard-working team player that is here to go above and beyond what is expected of me, while simultaneously maintaining a commitment to uplifting those around me. An ideal rehearsal room for me is one that is full of communication, risk-taking, respect, laughter, and most importantly, the willingness to play.
In terms of my approach, I am thrilled by countless different types of film and theatre; however, I have always been particularly keen on stories that examine themselves through the lens of gender, power, and misogyny. Be it a cutting-edge new work or a reinvigorating take on classic (admittedly, the latter has my heart), I've always found the most inspiration through stories that center around this perspective, and ensure that I feature it in all of my own work as a writer, director, and performer.
